(VOVworld) - Truong Sa island district has promoted its communications about the voting day for national assembly and people’s council elections.

Lists of candidates and voting regulations have been announced. Chairman of Truong Sa people’s committee and chief of army command, lieutenant Do The Tuyen, said update regulations have been circulated to all soldiers and people with 3 consecutive meetings held in compliance with the law. Voting cards have been prepared to help fishermen cast their ballots offshore.
