(VOVworld) - Next Monday, the Voice of Vietnam will officially launch its Health and Food Safety Channel on 89 FM. The program will air daily from 06:00 to 23:00 hours in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, and Can Tho city. The information was released Tuesday at a press conference by VOV Vice President Vu Hai, who said food safety is becoming an important issue of concern to every person.

Mrs. Tran Thi Tri, Director of the Culture, Life, Science and Education Channel (VOV2), who will provide content for the new broadcast, said: “The Health and Food Safety Channel will be the Government’s voice to discourage processing and selling of dirty food, in order to ensure food safety for all people.” 

The channel will feature specialists and celebrities, features, news, entertainments and advice on how to protect your health.
