(VOVworld) – The science and technology sector held its patriotic emulation congress in Hanoi on Saturday.

In her address, Vice President Nguyen Thi Doan said as Vietnam further integrates into the world, science and technology will be the driving force in national construction and development: “The Ministry of Science and Technology should forecast new directions in the time of international integration. Emulation movements should be launched to encourage new ideas and promote administrative reform.”
