At a reception in Hanoi on Tuesday, Vietnamese Defense Minister Phung Quang Thanh praised talks between the two defense ministries and expressed hope for future cooperation programs.
Brauksiepe said Germany supports Vietnam’s stance on the East Sea issue, which is to resolve tensions peacefully and in line with international law.
