(VOVworld) - The Labor and Social Affairs Newspaper has launched a competition to honor businesses with the best human resource policies in 2014. This is Vietnam’s first award on human resource strategies in Vietnam, highlighting effective HR strategies while creating a useful playing ground for businesses to share their experiences to contributing to the development of both employers and employees. Competition entries will be evaluated on certain categories including: excellent HR planning and hunting, excellent job management, excellent HR training and development, good working environment, and effective salary and award policies. The competition information can be found online at www.vietnamhrawards.com. The competition is open to all businesses that have been registered to do business in Vietnam for at least three years. All entries must be received by September 19 and the 15 top businesses will be announced in early December.
