Vietnam, Hungary share experience in environmental issue

(VOVworld) - Vu Trong Kim, Vice President and Secretary General of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Central Committee, received the Director General of Hungary’s National Directorate General for Disaster Management (NDGDM), Major General Tollar Tibor, in Hanoi on Wednesday.

Mr. Kim said the visit of the Hungarian delegation is a good opportunity for the two sides to discuss and exchange practices in rescue and relief as well as environmental issues and disaster management. He said he hopes for closer cooperation between the two countries.
During the visit to Vietnam, the delegation gave an automatic air monitoring station to the Vietnam Environment Administration (VEA) and shared experience with the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department and the Vietnam Atomic Energy Agency.
