(VOVworld) – Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung said Vietnam would do its best to deepen its strategic partnership with Italy for their mutual development, contributing to regional and global peace, stability, cooperation, and development.

In a reception for the outgoing Italian ambassador Lorenzo Angeloni on Tuesday, Prime Minister Dung hoped the ambassador would continue to foster cooperation between the two countries. Ambassador Angeloni said Italy valued cooperation with Vietnam, particularly in economics, trade, investment, culture, and education. He said he hoped that the Vietnamese government would create favorable conditions for Italian businesses to make long-term investments in Vietnam.
