Speaking at a press briefing on Thursday about the event, Secretary General and Vice Chairman of the Association, Le Minh Tam, highlights major issues to be addressed during the 12th national congress this Saturday: “the Vietnam Lawyers Association is usually to first to express its view on legal aspects of events relating to Vietnam’s national sovereignty in the East Sea. This topic will be discussed and reviewed in our upcoming national congress, especially in the context of complicated world developments.”

The 12th national congress of the Vietnam Lawyers Association will open in Hanoi this Saturday with nearly 400 delegates representing 46,000 members nationwide.
