(VOVworld)- Deputy Chairman of the National Assembly, Huynh Ngoc Son, has paid an official visit to the Czech Republic. During his discussion with Czech legislative and national defense leaders, Son welcomed the Czech Republic’s recognition of Vietnamese Czech community as the 14^th minority group, saying that it illustrates traditional friendship between the two countries. He called for more bilateral cooperation in international fora, early Parliament approval of the Vietnam EU Comprehensive Cooperative Partnership agreement, support for the signing of the Vietnam EU Free Trade pact this October and EU recognition of Vietnam’s market economic status.
