(VOVworld) – Swedish King Carl Gustaf XVI expressed his hope for a flourishing friendship and cooperation with Vietnam while accepting credentials of new Ambassador Doan Thi Phuong Dung last week.

Dung said Vietnam wants to work more closely with Sweden in healthcare, trade, education, science, and environmental protection. She said it was a great honor for her to be appointed Vietnamese Ambassador to Sweden and promised to do her best to make bilateral cooperation fruitful.
