Minister Tran Hong Ha was speaking in an environmental ministerial conference in Hanoi on Wednesday: “Republic of Korean experience is relevant to Vietnam. I ask policy makers and partners from both sides to share experience in management and policy making, especially in environmental regulations and standards.”
