(VOVworld)- Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc said that Vietnam wants to further boost cooperation with the US and praised the Harbinger Capital Partners LLC’s investment activities in Vietnam in recent years.

At Thursday’s reception in Hanoi for the fund’s President, Philip Falcone, Mr. Phuc said Vietnam's incentive policies have improved the investment environment for foreign investors, including those from the US.

He urged the US investment fund to continue expanding its investment in Vietnam and act as a bridge to connect US businesses with domestic partners.

He also called on Harbinger and other US businesses to support Vietnam in hosting the APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting this year.
