The 8th APEC Tourism Ministerial Meeting wrapped up in Macau
(VOVworld) – The 8th APEC Tourism Ministerial Meeting wrapped up in Macau, China on Monday after issuing a declaration on building a new future for Asia-Pacific tourism cooperation and development. The activities conducted by the Vietnamese delegation led by Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ho Anh Tuan were highly praised at the event. Mr Tuan urged APEC members to assist one another to develop smart tourism with modern technology in service, management and marketing. He added that Vietnam commits itself as a trustworthy partner in APEC, and wishes to enhance cooperation and contribute to regional tourism development.
