(VOVworld) - Deputy Prime Minister and Chair of the National Committee for APEC Year 2017, Pham Binh Minh, has urged ministries and provinces to complete preparations for activities during the APEC Year next year.

Chairing the committee’s 5^th session on Tuesday, he called for the correct selection of topics to ensure host country’s good impression and ensure good preparations in logistics, security, health and communications. More than 200 activities are expected to take place during the year, creating opportunities for Vietnam to promote trade and investment with other APEC members as well as Vietnam’s multilateral diplomatic policy.
