(VOVworld) – Localities across Vietnam will open classes this week to improve job expertise, language skills, informatics, and soft skills for civil servants and workers. The week, in response to a lifelong learning campaign themed “Study for your own and others’ happiness”, began on Monday. It is being sponsored by the Ministry of Education and Training to raise public awareness of lifelong learning and building a learning-oriented society.
