Vietnamese cuisine introduced in India

(VOVworld)-The Vietnamese Embassy in India and Hyatt Regency Hotel have co-organised an event in New Delhi to promote Vietnamese cuisine.

Vietnamese Ambassador to India Ton Sinh Thanh said this is one of the activities organize to celebrate the 45th anniversary of diplomatic ties, the 10th anniversary of strategic partnership, and the 1st anniversary of comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries. Thanh introduced to international friends the diversity of Vietnam's cuisine, stressing that they demonstrate a harmony and balance of ingredients that ensures good health. Participating Vietnamese chefs will stay for nine days in India to teach the Hyatt Regency Hotel chefs how to prepare Vietnamese dishes.
