(VOVworld) - National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan met with Politburo member and Chairman of the Lao Front for National Construction Central Committee, Saysomphone Phomvihane, in Vientiane on Tuesday.

At the meeting, Madam Ngan reiterated that Vietnam’s legislature always supports cooperative activities between the two agencies, which contribute to tightening solidarity, friendship, and traditional cooperation between the two peoples.

Madam Ngan said Vietnam consistently attached great importance to strengthening its traditional ties, special friendship, and comprehensive cooperation with Laos.
