President Ho’s will, after it was published in Vietnam, was translated into Russian and published on the Truth newspaper. It touched the feeling of many Russian readers because of its immortal values.”

William said: “President Ho Chi Minh’s will reflects the aspirations of the Vietnamese people, to a larger extent, the aspiration of mankind. For instance, he said“Nothing is more precious than independence and freedom. These are the values that we all share and desire. I’m impressed with Vietnam’s achievements over the last 3 decades in implementing the goals set by President Ho Chi Minh, including one on national unity. I’m particularly impressed with the unity of the Vietnamese people at present.”
