(VOVworld) – On Thursday, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and the US Agency for International Development (USAID) announced Vietnam’s Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) 2015.

For the 3rd consecutive year Da Nang city has remained at the top of the list, followed by Dong Thap and Quang Ninh. HCM city ranks 6^th and Hanoi ranks 24^th. Vu Tien Loc, VCCI President Vu Tien Loc said: “Based on the PCI provinces and the VCCI will work out measures to improve the investment and business environment of each locality. Improved PCI will help localities attract more investment.”
