An international expert speaks at the workshop aimed to boost Vietnam's economic growth

“Vietnam’s economic growth model is mainly based on natural resource exploitation, investment and cheap labor rather than on productivity, technology application and management reform. Economic growth is slowing down while growth quality is low”, Deputy Head of the Commission Cao Duc Phat elaborated.

Vietnam’s GDP in 2016 is forecast to reach 6.3% against nearly 6.7% in 2015.
