Scientific forum reviews Vietnam’s human rights achievements

(VOVworld) – A scientific forum was held in Hanoi on Wednesday to review Vietnam’s human rights achievements over the last 70 years. Delegates agreed that the goals of Vietnam’s revolution, renewal, and international integration, and Party and state policies are all human-centered. Associate Professor of the HCM National Academy of Politics Hoang Van Nghia said: “The 2013 includes mechanisms on state power supervision and control and mechanisms to promote human rights. We should continue to fine-tune mechanisms and laws to protect and promote human rights.”
