Vietnamese students win gold and silver at the 2015 Int’l Informatics Olympiad

(VOvworld) - The Ministry of Education and Training reports that 4 Vietnamese students participating in the 2015 International Olympiad in Informatics in Kazakhstan won 1 gold and 3 silver medals.

Pham Van Hanh, a grade-12 student of Gifted Secondary School on National Sciences under the Hanoi National University, won a gold medal.
The Vietnamese delegation ranks 8th among 84 participating delegations and top among Southeast Asian nations. This has been the highest result of the Vietnamese delegation since 2000.
