Voice of Vietnam’s National Assembly TV presents audio books to people with visual impairs

(VOVworld) - Voice of Vietnam in collaboration with Prudential Insurance has presented 900 CDs of audio books to the Vietnam Blind Association.

The materials were prepared by staff of the broadcaster’s National Assembly TV channel to offer blind people with diverse knowledge in literature and life skills. Doan Quang is the TV channel’s deputy director: “By offering the audio books, Voice of Vietnam wants to develop a library for people with visual difficulties in Vietnam and help them integrate with the community. This practical activity will become an annual event to cater for the Vietnam Blind Association.”
