(VOVworld) - Voice of Vietnam Vice President Vu Hai received a delegation of Laotian journalists led by the Deputy Director of Laotian Press Department, Somsavath Phongsa, in Hanoi on Monday. Vietnamese and Laotian radio broadcasters have cooperated in language experts and journalists training as well as transmission stations building.

VOV Vice President Vu Hai said the Voice of Vietnam will continue expand its international relations to share experience in improving information service for the public: “We have had 10 overseas bureaus in Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Japan, China, Russia, France, the Czech Republic, Egypt and the US. Voice of Vietnam has had relations with some 60 radio and TV organizations in the world.”

Mr Hai hoped for better communications cooperation between Vietnamese and Laotian press agencies on bilateral relations and the ASEAN community.
