(VOVWORLD) - More than 1 million people enrolled at vocational training institutions in the first 6 months of 2019, reaching 48% of this year’s target, says a report by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs.
According to the report, as of June, 200,000 rural, ethnic, and disabled workers, had received elementary vocational training. Deputy Minister Doãn Mậu Diệp said: “The Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs will continue to improve vocational training, expand the labor market, restructure the vocational training system and build a system at the grassroots level for 2021-2030. We’ll also strengthen communications on vocational training.”
