12th Vietnamese Poetry Day promises changes
(VOVworld) – The 12
th Vietnamese Poetry Day will take place at the Temple of Literature in Hanoi on February 14
th (the 15
th day of the first lunar month).

The event will be held on two major stages: a traditional stage and a stage for young poets. Under the theme “From Dien Bien to Hoang Sa and Truong Sa”, poems will be presented in young and creative style. Poets will present poems on love for the homeland, national pride especially on Dien Bien Phu victory and President Ho Chi Minh. 26 poetry clubs and students from 4 universities and academies in Hanoi will also take part in the event. The Poetry Day also includes folk art exchanges between ethnic minority groups.
