14 Vietnamese to compete in 43rd World Skills Competition

(VOVworld) – Vietnam will send 14 contestants to the 43rd World Skills Competition, which will take place in Sao Paulo, Brazil, from August 5-17.

The Vietnamese will compete in welding, IT software solutions, carpentry, plumbing, electro-mechanics, web designing, automobile technology, CNC (computer numerically controlled) machine operating, molding, plastics molding techniques, mechanical engineering design, and brick-laying. A send-off for the contestants will be held in Hanoi on Tuesday. The opening ceremony of the 43rd World Skills Competition will take place on August 11.
