(VOVworld) – 200 representatives, including 90 outstanding members of the Communist Youth Union, will present gifts and money to the Truong Sa islanders. Their week-long journey, beginning on Wednesday, will visit several islands on the Truong Sa archipelago and the DK1 platform.

Activities held by the Youth Union and the Naval Command of Vietnam during the journey, such as photo competitions, music shows, talks, and film screenings, will encourage locals to become more engaged in their places of residence. The journey will enable all Vietnamese people living at home and abroad to show their strong determination to defend Vietnam’s national sovereignty and territorial integrity.
