Christopher Jeffery, Vice Chairman of the British Business Group Vietnam, said: "We’re very proud that the Fun Run over the past three years has tripled in size. And it shows the commitment that people want to work together for the common good that is supporting those who are less fortunate than themselves. And it’s always a highlight to see people from the age of 5 or less up to the age of 85 all participating. It’s not about winning but participating, having fun and enjoying the company of everyone else."

This year’s Charity Fun Run marks a 45-year relationship between the British and Vietnamese governments. The third Fun Run in Hanoi last year had over 6000 attendees and raised 26,000 USD.
