(VOVworld)- The Presidential Office organized its 2^nd Emulation Congress in Hanoi on Monday. Addressing the event, Vice President Nguyen Thi Doan, the first Vice President of the Central Awards and Emulation Council, praised the Presidential Office’s past achievements. She urged the Presidential Office’s staff to uphold their patriotism to improve their performance. To mark the occasion, Head of the Presidential office Dao Viet Trung  launched an emulation movement for the 2016-2020 period.
