The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development said since last year, 860 million USD was invested in agro-processing with 30 projects being operational nationwide, helping to improve product quality and patterns and diversify farm produce.

In the first half of this year, as many as 1,630 agro-forestry-aquaculture enterprises were established, raising the total number of enterprises specializing agriculture to nearly 11,000.
