Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh presents a financial aid to 500 disadvantaged families in Vietnam’s central region

At a ceremony in Tam Ky town, Quang Nam province, on Sunday, the Vice President said she hopes the aid recipients will have their houses built in time for Tet Lunar New Year festival in Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen and Khanh Hoa.  She said the Party and State always care for the life of national contributors, social policy beneficiaries, and the poor. Ms. Thinh said: “I am very moved to return to Quang Nam in central Vietnam, a region suffers from many losses during the past wars and natural disasters. But thanks to their tradition of unity and patriotism, these provinces have made great effort for comprehensive development.”
