800 delegates participate the 7th Vietnam Youth Federation national congress
(VOVworld) - 800 outstanding youths will join the 7th Vietnam Youth Federation national congress to take place in Hanoi from December 27 to 29.

They represent 54 ethnic groups, armed forces, young businesses, workers, farmers and Vietnamese students at home and abroad. They will review the implementation of previous congress’ resolution and discuss future plan for next terms until 2019.
