Addressing the media following a Cabinet meeting at Cankaya Palace on Monday, Mr. Kurtulmuş said that Turkey wants the negotiation process to continue by opening a new chapter. He said after a meeting between President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and EU leaders on the sidelines of the NATO Summit in Brussels last week, the EU had introduced a 12-month roadmap for improving bilateral ties. The roadmap particularly emphasizes the EU and Turkey’s realization of the migrant deal signed last March.
