(VOVworld) – An exhibition by artist Ha Tri Hieu highlighting the poetic beauty of the Vietnamese countryside opened on Saturday in Hanoi. The exhibition is part of the AIA Vietnam Eye project to celebrate Vietnamese contemporary art, alongside with art classes and workshops for children, and artists’ forums.

Hieu is among ten contemporary artists who will hold exhibitions sponsored by the AIA Life Insurance Company in Vietnam.

AIA Vietnam Eye is the eighth project of the Global Eye Program, which was established in 2009 by David and Serenella Ciclitira to nurture talent across Asia’s emerging art markets. The initiative is sponsored by AIA and supported by the Vietnamese government, and the Italian and British Embassies in Vietnam.
