(VOVworld)- The 2017 Ban Flower Festival opened in Son La province on Saturday. The annual festival aims to promote tourism potential of Son La province to Vietnamese and foreign tourists.

Ban flower festival promotes the northwestern region’s tourism

On the opening day of the festival, performances of introducing local songs, customs, and culture were held. Taking place until Monday, the festival will also feature a range of cultural and sports activities.
