Mr. Davis said on BBC that the Brexit negotiation will be “difficult and tough”, but the UK will certainly not pay 10 billion euros per year. He said the UK wants to reach a temporary agreement with the EU after their official divorce in March, 2019 and expressed hope that a temporary customs system would come into operation early 2019.
