China pledges to become more open, transparent for foreign investment

(VOVWORLD) - China will become more open, transparent for foreign investment, and its business environment will further improve, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang said Tuesday at the opening ceremony of the Annual Meeting of the New Champions 2019, also the Summer Davos Forum, in Dalian city.

Li said China will steadily  open up on all fronts, supporting foreign investment in advanced manufacturing industries such as electronic information, equipment manufacturing, medicine and new materials in the central and western regions. He said that favorable policies will be unveiled concerning the imported equipment, corporate income tax, and land supply. He said China will build an international business environment based on the rule of law to empower market entities.
