China supports Korean discussions of end-of-war declaration
(VOVWORLD) - China's Foreign Ministry said Tuesday it supports the ongoing discussions on formally ending the Korean War and Beijing will actively take part in signing an agreement.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Geng Shuang said at a press briefing that China supports US-North Korea effort to build trust and bring about the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.
Geng said that, as a participant of the armistice agreement, China will play a role in establishing permanent peace on the Korean Peninsula.
