(VOVworld) - Vietnam has more than 11,000 community based learning centers to promote education for all models.

Vietnam Learning Promotion Central association said the models have given life long learning opportunities for citizens.

The association vice chairman, Pham Tat Dong, comments on two new trends for community learning this year: “we will combine community based learning centers with cultural houses to expand the network of learning center satellites in remote areas of low population density. We have introduced a set of indicators to measure the model successful rates this month to encourage people to pursue life long learning activities.”
