Congratulations to Laos' 42nd National Day
(VOVWORLD) -Vietnamese Party General Secretary, President, Prime Minister, and National Assembly Chairwoman sent congratulatory messages to their Lao counterparts on the 42nd National Day of Laos on December 2nd.
The Vietnamese leaders applauded Lao’s major achievements in national construction and defense under the leadership of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and their great patriotism and revolutionary traditions over the past 42 years. They also expressed their confidence that the Vietnam-Laos Friendship Year 2017, the 55th anniversary of diplomatic ties, and 40th anniversary of the signing of the Vietnam-Laos Amity and Cooperation Treaty will enhance bilateral ties.
