Delegates expected Industry 4.0 to provide a platform for Vietnamese businesses to increase productivity to meet consumer demand. This new wave of technology will help firms raise production, innovate their products and services, and reduce costs. Deputy Director of High Technology Department at the Ministry of Science and Technology, Dao Ngoc Chien, emphasized on policies which would help local businesses benefit from the revolution and apply Industry 4.0 innovations in practice. He said: “We will cooperate with the VCCI to support business capacity building to access Industry 4.0 by successful application of core technologies in real life.”

High-tech solutions for businesses, including a smart pick and drop system based on artificial intelligence and 3D imaging from Solomon, were introduced at the event.
