(VOVworld) – Da Nang city welcomed 172 foreign tourists on a Cathay Dragon airlines flight from Hong Kong on Saturday, the first day of the Lunar New Year.

On arrival at Da Nang airport, the tourists, mostly from Australia, the US, and Hong Kong, were welcomed by dragon dances and received gifts. Da Nang now has 20 international flights.
In 2016, the city served 5.5 million tourists, including 1.6 million foreigners, and earned 650 million USD.
