(VOVworld) – Defense Minister General Ngo Xuan Lich has praised the achievements by Thanh Hoa province’s armed forces over the years.

At Saturday’s working session with the Provincial Military High Command, Minister Lich asked it to particularly focus on defense and military assignments, contributing to stabilizing the local political situation and creating better climate for the province’s socio-economic development.
