(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc talked to leaders of Quang Ninh province on Monday about the province’s socio-economic situation since early this year, trade smuggling, fraud prevention, administrative reform, and repairing the damage of the recent historic flood.

Mr. Phuc asked Quang Ninh province to focus its resources on infrastructure development, reform its growth model, and anticipate opportunities and challenges stemming from free trade agreements in order to make breakthroughs.
“Quang Ninh should continue to improve its trade environment, push ahead with the implementation of the e-government project to provide better online services, and take the lead in administrative reform and personnel recruitment and appointment.” Phuc said.
