At a meeting with the Ministries of Transport, Agriculture and Rural Development, Natural Resources and Environment and Industry and Trade on Wednesday, Deputy Prime Minister Hue asked for full information on networks of agencies under these Ministries’ management for restructuring. Mr. Hue said it is essential to streamline the organizational apparatus while improving efficiency: “It is necessary to streamline the state agencies’ systems to reduce annual costs and assure the quality of the public services. This is not an easy task. The ultimate goal is to improve the efficiency of public services which people and enterprises can gain access to public services”.
