(VOVworld) – Can Tho University marked its 50th anniversary on Thursday. In his address, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam said universities should be self-supported organizationally and financially towards comprehensive educational reform.
To this end, he said, great determination is needed with the involvement of the State and the universities themselves. Mr. Dam asked Can Tho University to establish specific criteria for scientific research.
