Deputy Prime Minister visits Singapore
(VOVWORLD) -The Vietnamese Ambassador to Singapore said that the official visit to Singapore by Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh will strengthen bilateral ties as the two countries celebrate 45 years of diplomatic relations and five years of strategic partnership.
Ambassador Tao Thi Thanh Huong said Deputy PM Minh, who is also a Vietnam’s Foreign Minister will meet Singapore’s President, Prime Minister, and Foreign Minister to discuss implementation of agreements reached during the visit to Singapore by Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc in April, cooperation in the framework of ASEAN, and other issues.
During his visit on Monday and Tuesday, Mr. Minh will attend a "Vietnam Cultural Day in Singapore".
