Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue works with World Trade Organization executives in Geneva

In a meeting with World Trade Organization’s Director-General Roberto Azevedo, his Deputy Karl Brauner, and General Council Chair, Xavier Carim, the Deputy Prime Minister explored WTO latest development direction and called for WTO support in Vietnam’s international economic integration. He praised the WTO important role in global trade facilitation and reiterated Vietnam’s WTO commitments while supporting WTO initiatives in line with Vietnam’s development level. The WTO executives agreed on further technical support for Vietnam’s international economic integration and welcomed Vietnam’s contribution to global trade liberalization.
