The color film “Vietnam: 30 days in Saigon” was produced in 1975 by French director Jean Pierre Moscardo to capture the last days of the war and Saigon’s early days under the leadership of the Provisional Revolutionary Government of the Republic of South Vietnam. The original version is stored at the National Film School of France.

The black-and-white Russian film “Ho Chi Minh in Lenin’s country”, produced in 1976, documents President Ho Chi Minh’s activities in Russia as he tried to establish a Vietnamese socialist state and promote a Vietnam-Soviet Union friendship. The original film is stored in Russia.

The two documentaries will be screened during Vietnam’s big anniversaries in April and May.
